However, because it was filed before his ex-fiance Michelle Williams and daughter Matilda Rose were in the picture, they are not mentioned in the will. So his family is getting his assets. It’s surprising how little he has, though there could be be other unlocated assets. And his appearance as The Joker in the upcoming Batman: The Dark Knight will likely produce posthumous income, not to mention royalties from other films. His parents have said that they’ll make sure that Matilda will be taken care of.
